Information collected through this website
This is a static informational website. It does not contain contact forms and does not itself collect personal data you type. The interactive tools (the Remortgage Savings Calculator and the Remortgage Readiness Checker) run entirely in your browser: figures and answers you enter are processed on your device and are not stored by us or transmitted to us.
Standard technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery of the site. Where analytics tools are used, they are used to understand aggregate site usage.
If you contact us
If you phone or email the firm, we will process the personal data you provide in order to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide legal services. As solicitors we are subject to professional duties of confidentiality in addition to data protection law.
Our full data protection notice for clients, including retention periods and your rights under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, is provided when you engage the firm and is available on request from the Dublin office.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection in respect of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and professional obligations. To exercise them, contact richardoshea@marymolloysolicitors.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.
