All remortgage enquiries are handled through our Dublin office.

The quickest way to get started is to phone or email the Dublin office with three pieces of information: the property address, the name of your current lender, and what you are trying to do (switch, top-up, equity release or transfer of equity). We can usually tell you within one conversation what the legal work will involve and what it will cost.

What to have ready

You do not need everything before you call, but the remortgage will move faster if you can gather the following early:

  • Your most recent mortgage statement, showing the account number and balance
  • Your loan offer or approval in principle from the new lender, if you have one
  • The property's Eircode and, if you know it, its Land Registry folio number
  • Details of anyone else named on the title or the mortgage
  • Your Local Property Tax property ID (an LPT clearance check is usually needed)

Clients anywhere in Ireland

Remortgage conveyancing is handled by post, email and phone. You will typically need to sign the mortgage deed and related documents in wet ink, and we will arrange that in the way that suits you. Distance from Dublin is not an obstacle — we act on remortgages in every county.
